According to this document, final design was commissioned for the 344 extension of the wastewater collection system in February, 2017. In a town meeting in 2019, Councilor Abrams told the Woods End neighbors that the 344 Extension probably wouldn’t be done for thirty years. At a recent, required, public meeting, the 344 Extension was not mentioned as a candidate for funding, except to deny it was. At a final required, public meeting it was pulled out of nowhere and placed at the number two position on the ICIP wish list for Capital Funds. The 344 neighbors were tricked into not attending. My request that the public have the legally required opportunity to comment was ignored.
